Such a brilliant night at the 1865 Southampton with Bears in Trees, Dutch Criminal Record and Rosewater. Every band sounded amazing and the crowd made the whole evening feel really special — loads of people brought signs and banners for the bands and the energy stayed high all night. Also there were TWO keytar players in one evening which I think is objectively awesome and we definitely need more keytar players in the world.
Rosewater local band from Southampton opened the evening and were absolutely amazing their song 'One of a Kind' has been stuck in my head ever since the show and their set had such a fun atmosphere from the start.
Dutch Criminal Record were incredibly fun to photograph — so much movement and energy on stage with constant jumping about which always makes for great photos. They sounded great live and kept the crowd going the whole set.
Bears in Trees closed out the night with some amazing crowd interaction, including Callum jumping straight into the audience during the set. The hand-sewn backdrop behind them looked so cool as well and made the whole show feel really personal and unique.
Hope to work with all 3 bands again soon :)
